Integrity test: including leakage test, structural integrity test and installation integrity test, pressure test, bubble point test and other methods can be used. Life test: Evaluate the life of the filter element by simulating actual usage conditions, including usage time and filtration volume and other indicators.
Physical performance testing: including evaluation of physical properties such as pressure resistance and corrosion resistance.
These test methods and standards are usually published by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) or other relevant industry organizations, and can be used as a reference for filter element testing to ensure the accuracy and comparability of test results. When conducting filter element testing, appropriate test methods and standards should be selected based on specific application requirements and filter element types to ensure the performance and reliability of the filter element.
