The working principle of the product: the oil from the coalesce separator into the oil inlet into the first pallet, and then divided into the first filter element, after filtration, demulsification, water molecules grow, coalesce process, the impurities are trapped in the first filter element, the coalesce water drops settle in the sedimentation tank, the oil from the outside into the secondary filter element, collected in the secondary tray, from the coalesce separator outlet. The material of the secondary filter element has hydrophobicity, the oil can pass smoothly, and the free water is blocked outside the filter element, flows into the sedimentation tank, and is eliminated through the pollution valve. When the pressure difference rises to 0.15Mpa, it indicates that the coalesce filter element has been blocked. It should be replaced.
