When it comes to oil sealed vacuum pumps, it is impossible to bypass the oil mist filter of the vacuum pump. If the working conditions are clean enough, the oil sealed vacuum pump may not be equipped with an intake filter. However, due to the characteristics of the oil sealed vacuum pump and the relevant regulations on pollution emissions in China, the oil mist filter, vacuum pump exhaust filter must be installed on the oil sealed vacuum pump to filter the oil mist discharged by the pump. The oil mist filter can not only separate the oil mist from the air, but also recycle and reuse the intercepted pump oil molecules.
The vacuum pump oil mist filter can recover pump oil, but relying on it to purify pump oil can easily cause clogging of the oil mist filter, and it is not cost-effective in terms of cost. If your pump oil is often contaminated due to various reasons, then the vacuum pump oil filter is specifically designed to deal with this situation. Some brands of oil sealed pumps may reserve interfaces for oil filters to facilitate the purification of pump oil.
The function of the vacuum pump oil filter is to install it on the pipeline of the vacuum pump oil circulation, filtering out impurities such as particles and gel in the pump oil. Each cycle of the pump oil must be filtered by the oil filter to ensure the purity and service life of the oil. The side extends the service life of the vacuum pump and reduces the maintenance cost of the vacuum pump. However, using an oil filter does not mean that the pump oil can be used continuously. When the pump oil reaches the predetermined service life, it still needs to be replaced in a timely manner.
