Hydraulic oil filter element refers to the solid impurities that can be used in various oil systems to filter out external impurities or internal impurities generated during system operation. It is mainly installed on the oil suction circuit, pressure oil circuit, return oil pipeline, bypass, and separate filtration system in the system. The hydraulic oil filter element must meet the requirements of pressure loss (the total pressure difference of the high-pressure filter is less than 0.1PMa, and the total pressure difference of the return oil filter is less than 0.05MPa) to ensure the optimization of flow rate and filter life. So it is important to choose the appropriate hydraulic oil filter element.
The method for selecting hydraulic filter elements are as follows:
Select based on filtering accuracy. According to the system’s requirements for filtration accuracy, select filter cartridges with different filtration materials.
Select according to the working temperature. Select the filter element that is suitable for the temperature range based on the operating temperature of the system.
Choose based on work pressure. Select a filter element that can withstand the corresponding pressure based on the working pressure of the system.
Select based on traffic. Select the appropriate flow rate filter element based on the required flow rate of the system.
Select according to the material. According to the system requirements, choose different materials of filter cartridges, such as stainless steel, fiberglass, cellulose paper, etc
